Very nice and new-ish hotel which is well located as a base to explore the Dolomites, although there is not much to do in town. It’s family friendly with 2 stunning pools and great wellness facilities. Most of the staff is kind, breakfast is stellar and food/diner is ok without being spectacular. Plenty of space in the garage although access is very very steep. They could use an additional lift in the building.

This hotel is lovely! It has a beautiful indoor pool area with stunning mountain views, a magnificent spa, and many other fun spaces. Our hotel room was super clean, with panoramic windows and a spacious balcony overlooking the mountains, vineyard, and outdoor pool. The food was so delicious and well-prepared, and the hotel staff were so generous to host daily breakfast/snacks/dinner, which was all included in our room price. We appreciated that this location was very near to the cable-car attraction, and within a reasonable driving distance to the city of Bolzano and other historical sites, such as a nearby castle. We enjoyed this experience so much- we would love to return to this hotel again in the future!

Everything was perfect and my wife and myself have enjoyed our short residency to it's full limit. The staff is wonderful, helpful, friendly and so nice. The room is big and too clean and neat. The bathroom is very clean and resourceful. The restaurant, the spa section and the swimming pool are clean and comfortable. What can I say more? Maybe later.

Great hotel. Everything just works, the food is great and the staff are friendly. The rooms are a good size and with lots of storage space for all your ski stuff and a walk in bathoom/shower. Free fast WiFi. (Fast enough for us to stream Netflix to the small wall TV). Plently of free on-site parking. The breakfast is a comprehensive buffet, dinner is a changing menu everyday (make your dinner option choices at breakfast) and there is special food for kids. They will also prepare food specially for fussy kids. There is a large pool on the top floor with a sauna, and a spa on the -1 floor (over 16 only). For the summer there looks like there is also a small pool, a hot tub, and plenty of sun bathing loungers. There is also a play room for kids inside and a play ground outside too. The style is functional modern with lots of pine everywhere. Hard to imagine anything gets better than this for this class of hotel. The town a minute down the hill is small but pretty. There are plenty of places to visit within 30 mins driving distance.
